Training on Principles of Succees in MLM

ang basihan ng training natin ngayun is ABC padin,  Attitude, Belief and Commitment.

in this training we will discuss a fundament and basic. kung may knowledge kaman sa profession mu, please be an empty cup para may matutunan tayo. if you have this assumetion na "ay alam ko na yan" kadalasan hindi po tayo ngsusuccess if AKNY tayo.

 

Kagaya nyo nainvite din ako ng MLM way in college. 

at kagaya nyo, new-blood ako sa MLM, kun baga bagohan na ngnenetwork, wala akong sales ang marketing experience para palagoin ang business ko.

In short, my  3-6 month sa mlm wala akong napasali. ang masakit pa, parang ayaw na saken ng mga classmate ko, iniisip nla bibintahan ko sila ng sabon at lotion. at totoo namn, ngbibinta ako ng sabon and other health related products sa school, minsan sa ngdadayo pako sa tacloban, abukay at part ng tacloban and even in manila.

Go back to my 3-6 month sa business, Honestly, muntik na ako mg-give up, kc ang reason ko bakit ako sumali gusto ko yumaman na in avery short time.

kun baga pagsali ko plang I have this wrong Expectation from the start na pwd ako kumita kahit wala akong ginagawa at yan yung malaki kung pagkakamali.

lets talk about you. pag sali mu baka yun din yung Akala mu and expectation mu na once na kasali kna kikita kna.

Take note, everyone of us is an Independent Distributor or Independent Business Owner. so ibig sabihin pla ngjoin ka Business owner kna ng Systima ni i8. so pag business owner ka, lalago o iinkam ba business mu kung hnd ka mgdadala ng tao or customer? syempre hindi. 

tandaan, kaya tayo ng-iinvite kc business owner tayo kailangan natin  tao, so parang traditional na businessm nghahanap din ng tayo ng customer.

go back to my story, whats the beauty of this industry is lahat tayo ngtutulongan , andyan lang si upline or mga kagropo mu para tulongan ka. so sinabi ni upline saken na o ganito, since bago ka palang sa industriya, kailangan mu knowledge bago  maging Operational ang business mu.  so I did what he said, I read the law of Leverage, hindi ko lang bastabinasa, I internalized  what i read at doon plang biglang may ngbago na the way I think about business and about life, so yung perception and mindset ko ng improve. 

Lets talk about you. Maybe sabi ni upline, YOU NEED TO READ THE LAW OF LEVERAGE! pero anu ginawa mu?you just ignored your upline knowing somehow lalago or iingkam ka business. you first assingment hindi mu ginawa or hindi mu nagawa? then you expect na iinkam ka bsiness? or mg iimprove ka?

Sad Truth. SUCCESS IS ONLY FOR SERIOUS, COMMITED PEOPLE.

so kung ng join kalang  kc nakikiuso ka lang guess what? your wasting your money that you have invested and time! the worst part is?  YOU WASTING YOUR UPLINE TIME to help you and guide yun pala hindi ka pla seryoso at commited sa ginagawa mu.

Kung seryoso ka anu gagawin mu? first, in all aspect in life, you need knowledge, sa business natin, yan yung law of leverage, frst step yun. second, know how to present the bsiness and marketing plan of the business becuase not all the time available si upline, tandaan, may business din si upline na kailangan Attention. third, Write your Prospect list. how to write propect list? simply lang, lista mu mga posible na pwd mu sheran ng business mu. kapamilya, kamag-anak, kaibigan--yun yung warm market natin. You also need to list your cold-market list, ito yung tao na nameet mu lang online, facebook, or nameet habang bumili ka ng ulam sa daan or tindira sa palengke.

so as a new in MLM, or para sa mga taong kakajoin plang,  first, you need to read The Law of Leverage, 

second, study Marketing Plan, third, Write your Prospect list (100 atleast)

forth? Write your Deepest Why and your Goals

last: hatawin ang Negusyo mu.

Deepest why

ito yung rason bakit ka ngjoin sa business. your reason must be compelling enough and motivated enough na in times of difficulties isipin mu lang kung bakit mu ginagawa ung business nato at yan yung mg-pupush sayo to really work the business Despite of any challenges that you will be facing along the way.

 

Challenges.

so, after a month of studying the system and Business Plan, hahataw kana ngayun, mg iinvite ka. guess what? hindi madali, bakit? habang ginagawa mu ung business marami ka mapagdadaanan mga challenges like, parent mu negative na, mga kapatid mu hindi naniniwala sa ginagwa mu at ng-invite kna ng 5 wala pa sumali! at marami kpang mga rejections na napagdadaanan.

Attitude. you are now in 50/50 situation of you continue or quit.

Dito sa industriya ng MLM dapat attitude mu BATMAN ka lage. anu yun? dapat Bato Manhid ka lang, no matter how many challenges you face. Tandaan, Success requires struggles. sa buhay, kung gusto mu mgtagumpay dapat endure mu ung mga challenges and continue to push forward no matter what. 

palagay mu yung lahat ng ngsucceed is hindi dumaan ng mag matitinding pagsubok? kung sakali, ayaw mu ng pagsubok, I suggesst, you go and quit and forget about your dreams at kalimutan muna yung Deepest Why mu kung bkit ka ngjoin. kung deepest why mu is you family, hayaan mu na mghirap pamilya mu. okey lang yan. hayaan mu na mawala tayo sa mundo na hindi man lang naabot ang gusto sa buhay. hayaan muna at sabihin mu kay ipline na "Upline quit nako. " 

pero ikaw na gusto mu ng success sa buhay. Ayusin mu Attittude mu, wag susuko sa khit anuman pagsubok. wag mag emotional, nereject ka ng invite mu, akala mu sasali hindi pla, wagkang maging emo. DOnt think about your emotion, but use your emotion to think. All of us in this indstry have the same experience but what the deffirence? I believe in myself, in my Group and in my company.

Belief level 

Lets go back to my story, I think what my biggest mistake that I had before is I dont have the 100 percent belief level sa ginagawa ko at sa sarili. 3 month na ako sa company ne isa wala pa akong napapasok sa na tao negusyo ko. Takot ako mg approach at takot din ako na eshare yung opportunity na nkita ko sa mga prospect ko. may prospect list nga ako pero hindi namn ako ng imbita.

so lets talk about you. maybe yung reason kung bakit wala kapang napapasok na tao is maybe you dont have  the faith and belief sa sarili mu at sa ginagawa mu. All of us can do the most remarkable thing only if we believe we can. if we have the strong belief sa sarili natin na kaya mu gawin yung business at kaya mu magsucceed sa buhay.

our belief level will sometimes s START TO DEMINISH WHEN PEOPLE SAY NO palagi.

habang ginagwamu yung negusyo mu may mararanasan kang Ups and Downs, and thats normal. lahat ng negusyo nakakaranas ng ganito. and most Business owner and distributor or worst part, karamihan dito ngayun, online man or offline, karamihan mgququit yan. Bkit? Wala sa ayus ang Attitude, walang belief level sa sarili, sa group na handang tumulong at sa company. at walang commitment na whatever it takes I will succeed in this business. at ng ququit din karamihan sa aton dito because you dont have strong reason why bakit mu  ginagawa ang business at para saan yung lahat ng sacripisyo mu.

Once na clear yung Reasons WHY you join mostly ito yung mgmomotivate and mg-iinspired sayo to succeed in MLM Business.

 

Lets talk about commitment.

lets talk a very short about commitment.

Lahat tayo can be commited, madaling sabihin na commited ka sa business pero kung wla kna man  activities is useless. anu ba ang mga activities? prospecting every day. ako, honestly speaking, I invite everyday, I prospect everyday, kung hindi man, follow ako sa inimvite ko everyday. or hindi man I do activities that will generate leads online. at maraming activities to generate leads online and thats gonna be my next topic next  time.

 

Lets talk about consitency:

ang pag success dito is the little things that you do every single day consistently. 

 

wla kamn resulta ngayun, gawin mu lang yung ginagwa mu consistently at the end of the day you will enjoy the fruits of your labor. so our job starting tonigh is Tanim. magtatanim tayo. and what does it require from us? patience, persiverance and hardwork. kahit wala kapa nkikitang resulta just continue what we are doing. parang mgtatanim tayo ng buto ng manga dito. for how many  weeks or months or even years with absolutely no visible signs of progress but with consistent hardwork it will be okey and rewarding at the end.

 

There's no an instant Gratification in planting a mangi tree. You have to wait for a long long time before you can hardvest. same in our business, we have to wait for the result kung alam mu na ginagawa mu at may daily activities ka you will surely hardvest the fruit of your labor.

see, karaminhan sa atin dito gusto lang mkuha ung nila without paying the price of consistency, hardword and perseverance. 

sa trabho natin, consistent tayo pero alam mu ba kialan ka aasenso? never.

here, its a get rich slow but in your job get rich NEVER.

Learning From Your Mistakes

I used to think that as I  gained maturity and experience I would make fewer mistakes. I thought,  "I'm going to get better at this, because I made a lot of mistakes in the  beginning." I believed that there would  come a day when I wouldn't make very many mistakes, because I'd get better.
